Product Designer (UI/UX)

Lead the design of complex software products from research through high-fidelity systems. Work directly with founders and engineering leads on greenfield products and major redesigns.

/ What you'll do

  • Run discovery research, user interviews, and usability tests
  • Design end-to-end product flows — from wireframe to high-fidelity systems
  • Build and maintain reusable component libraries in Figma
  • Partner with engineering on accessibility and design QA during build
  • Present design decisions to client stakeholders with clarity and confidence

/ What we're looking for

  • 4+ years designing software products (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Strong portfolio showing systems thinking, not just screens
  • Expert-level Figma — auto layout, variables, component variants
  • Comfortable running research and synthesizing findings into action
  • Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards

/ Nice to have

  • Front-end coding experience (HTML/CSS, basic React)
  • Motion design or prototyping skills (Rive, Lottie, Principle)
